My name is Guy Saber and I am the sole proprietor of Builders West General Contractors. Back in the 50's my dad owned a plastering company called K&S Plastering. Now back in those days they plastered both inside and outside of the houses, of course then drywall came along and replaced the inside plastering. Needless to say outside plastering and stucco is still pretty predominate in the state of California. After high school I joined the navy and was discharged in 1974. I worked off and on with my dad until he retired in 1984 turning the plastering business over to me. In 1996 I decided to get a general contracting license then I built room additions and complete houses for 4 years. In 2000 I started concentrating all my efforts on exterior coatings, stucco, plastering and even painting. I really enjoy beatifying a home or business an increasing it's value. I take my business serious, use only premium products and give the best results possible. I try to work on each and every home as if it were my own. My boys have followed suit and continue to work for the company making Builders West family owned and operated since 1984. We serve Orange, Riverside, San Bernadino and Villa Park, CA!

Hey Guy Tony from riverside, the guy with the 3 big dogs. I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know I am very pleased with the face lift you put on the house. My wife and I just love the new windows and the stucco job made the house look great. We like the foam around the windows and the painting of the wood trim they really put a nice finishing touch to the house. My wife says she was very impressed with the clean up and the fact that you always answer your phone. Questions come up during a project and it is nice to get answers quickly. My name is Roberto and I live in the city of Orange CA. I called Guy at Builders West after reading an ad in the paper advertising stucco work. I had him come out, give me an estimate to remove some wood siding from the front of my house then lath, plaster and stucco it. He acted very professional gave me a fair price to do the work so I hired him. Guy brought his crew out and worked on my house in a timely manner and I was impressed with the way he worked and his cleanliness. I found Guy to be very knowledgeable and personable.
